Yoga Reset Retreat
This retreat offers a beautiful balance between dynamic practices (Vinyasa / Yang / Drills) and gentle ones (Yin / Pranayama / Meditation) for a complete yogic reset before heading back to work / school in September.
We’ll take full advantage of the beach just steps from the villa—sometimes bringing our practice to the sand, letting the sound of the waves soothe us, breathing with the ocean, and reconnecting with our true nature.
Between movement to awaken your vital energy and moments of stillness, silence, or contemplation, you’ll have all the space and time you need to reconnect with the infinite within.
All of this in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, free of pressure (as always with Imperfect Yoga!).
