What makes this Yoga-Brunch venue special?
This is a special venue because it is our super-chill class venue space. At L'Age D'Or we are in a small cosy space, perfect for a relaxing Yin session in a small group! And the vibes are just as chilled downstairs. it's usually not too busy on a Saturday after class, so we can enjoy the space, great homemade food, and the prolongation of the calm.
What's the Class like?
Yin Yoga involves long passive holds for maximum introspection and relaxation, and works on your connective tissue and fascia more than your muscles. The sessions last 1h30 and is varied. This week we'll be accompanied by a super chill Christmas vibes playlist. Classes will be taught in English, but your teacher is bilingual and can offer explanations in French. Anyone is welcome to join!
