What's the Class like?
This workshop is open to all levels. This week it's a Festive Yin class. Yin involves long passive holds for maximum introspection and relaxation, and works on your connective tissue and fascia more than your muscles. We'll have fun with this one as it will be the last session before Christmas - festive music, optional partner-yin poses, deep relaxation. You can even dress in Christmas colours if you like! The sessions last 1h30, including the warm up, a cool down and the practice. Classes are taught in English, but your teacher is bilingual and can offer explanations in French. Anyone is welcome to join!
14th December = FestiveYin style!
Where are we practicing?
This session will take place in the cosy upstairs area of the L'Âge D'or restaurant in Paris. We will have the space to ourselves for the session, and brunch at the restaurant afterwards!
