Yoga Brunch at Saint Roch (X-mas special!)

What's the Class like?

The imperfect Yoga-brunch club meets every Saturday in different venues. Workshops at Saint Roch are open to all levels. The Saint Roch studios are in a building mainly used by actors as a rehearsal space. Some weeks we will practice Vinyasa (dynamic practice), other weeks Yin (longer passive holds), and some classes will be a mix of Vinyasa and Yin (Yin-Yang) - Plenty of guidance will be offered with options to take it up or down a notch in these classes. Everyone should be able to find their 'edge!' The session lasts 1h00. It will be taught in English, but extra guidance can be given in French. Your teacher is bilingual and we are open for anyone to join.
