Join us at the Salles Saint-Roch, a building near the Opera Garnier with practice spaces actors use to rehearse. There will be a Vinyasa style class followed by great conversations and food at a nearby brunch venue! The session will be accessible to all, for a fabulous start to the weekend.

What makes this Yoga-Brunch venue special?
Saint Roch Studios is an entire building close to the Opera in Paris dedicated to rehearsals for the performing Arts. It's big, dusty, and feels like an eclectic school building. The rooms are similar, but with plenty of light inside, they're great for practice. Afterwards, we can take our pick of great brunch stops nearby around the Marché Saint Honoré. This is one of the rare practice spaces which is seperate to the brunch venue, so you can choose to come just for Yoga, or a coffee and don't have to stay for a full brunch menu.
What's the Class like?
