What's the event?
This is a private event for Patricia and friends only. Please only sign up if you have been invited!
What's the Class like?
You will participate in a one hour Yin Yoga class. Yin yoga involves long slow passive holds together with breathing to work on connective tissues, introspection and release of the mind and body. Plenty of guidance will be offered with options to take it up or down a notch. Everyone should be able to find their 'edge!' Depending on the number of participats, you will either practice as one group (up to 12 people), or be invited to participate in a class at 10 am or at 11 am. If the group is split, the 10 am group will have coffee together downstairs and meet back upstairs at 12pm for Brunch all together. The class(es) will be taught in English, but extra guidance can…
