Yog-Afterwork breathwork session at Saint Roch

Join us at the Salles Saint-Roch, a building near the Opera Garnier with practice spaces actors use to rehearse. There will be a one hour Pranayama (breathwork) session. We will go for drinks afterwards at a nearby bar.

About the event
What's the Class like?
This is a 1 hour breathwork session. We will spend the whole hour practicing different forms or Pranayama (breathwork) - both powerfully energising techniques and calming soothing techniques. The techniques will be broken-down and explained in detail. In one hour we should have time to do several practices and a meditation to complete this mindful non-asana centered (asana=posture) yogic practice.
Where are we practicing?
This session will take place at the Salles Saint-Roch. Directions to find the practice space in the building will be sent to attendees. There is no shower at this venue but there are facilities where you can change after the session if you wish.
What about Afterwards?
There are lots of bars nearby Saint-Roch where we can got to have a drink or a bite to eat in the area. Come along just for the beathwork session, or stay after yoga for…
