Yog-Afterwork at Saint Roch (Military)

Join us at the Salles Saint-Roch, a building near the Opera Garnier with practice spaces actors use to rehearse. There will be a dynamic pedagogical class working on drills. We will go for drinks afterwards at a nearby bar.

What's the Class like?
This is a 1-hour military yoga class. What?! military yoga? - Yes! This class is like military training in the sense that we will do targeted exercises and drills to work on strengthening and opening the body for various postures. We will encorporate PNF stretching techniques, and repeat specific moves, postures or transitions so that we can break down, understand and integrate the anatomy and technique(s) involved. You should leave these session with a little bit more knowledge to help deepen your practice.
Where are we practicing?
This session will take place at the Salles Saint-Roch. Directions to find the practice space in the building will be sent to attendees. There is no shower at this venue but there are facilities where you can change after the session if you wish.
