Welcome to Saturday Imperfect Yoga-Brunch/Lunch at L'Age D'Or!
Welcome to L'Âge D'or a small cosy space with a funky décor above a colourful parisian brasserie. This place is a cornerstone of local life and solidarity in the neighborhood. Our practice space is perfect for a relaxing Yin session, or a targeted Vinyasa class in a small group! And the vibes are just as chilled downstairs. It's usually not too busy on a Saturday after class, so we can enjoy the space, great homemade food, and the prolongation of the calm. This is where imperfect yogis meet on a weekly basis for yoga and chit chat with familiar faces as well as where we make connections with drop-in yogis and newcomers. You should feel at home with us, even if it's your first time!
