For this special Presidential Yoga Brunch, Imperfect Yoga invites you to a well rounded Yin-Yang session in the private upstairs salon of reknowned patissier Sébastien Gaudard's new café in the 9th district of Paris. Brunch will be served afterwards. Quality yoga mats included.

What's the Class like?
This workshop is open to all levels. It will be a Yin-Yang class. The first part is dynamic to warm the body, then we switch and practice long slow passive holds to work more on connective tissues than the muscles. Plenty of guidance will be offered with options to take it up or down a notch. Everyone should be able to find their 'edge!' The session lasts 1h30, including a warm up, a cool down and the practice. It will be taught in English, but it is open for anyone to join. The space very pleasant indeed and you don't need to bring a mat, but you may if you prefer!
What about the Brunch part?
