Join us for a Halloween themed Yoga session + stay for dinner in the private upstairs salon of reknowned patissier Sébastien Gaudard. Feel free to accessorize! Quality yoga mats included.

Haloween themed yoga???
Yes, it may seem blasphemous, but this theme is really just an excuse to have a bit of fun. You can arrive at 7pm for a bit of breathwork and a Halloween based meditation if you like (can you use your meditative single pointed focus to connect to the spirits around you?) Then at 7.30 pm we will have a one hour Halloween themed yoga class with a mix of monstrous (yet accessible) postures in a flow and a short Yin part with spooky music.
Do I need to dress up?
You don't need to, but you are welcome to bring a few Halloween accessories, or to go all out if you really want!
What about the Dinner?
Dinner will be served in the same private salon where we do the yoga class.
