What is the retreat like?
Welcome to your (I'm)perfect summer retreat!
2 x - 90 minute yoga sessions per day - accessible for all levels.
Vinyasa in the mornings, Yin in the Evenings.
Classes will be varied throughout the week to target different themes and give you a holistic full-body work-out and a full mind work-in.
The retreat runs from Saturday to Saturday with a full programme and additional extra breathwork / meditation sessions and discovery workshops offered throughout the week, but you are free to join and skip classes as you see fit.
