About the event
What is a day retreat?
It's simply a full day dedicated to self focus, self care and self-exploration. This particular day retreat has a festive theme and will include yoga, breathing exercises and other festive activities.
What will we do during this day retreat?
A full hour of breathing practices (Pranayama)
A 90 minute Vinyasa class with a festive theme.
(Lunch is not included - we will eat together at a local restaurant, or you can bring your own)
