Donation based outdoor Breathwork & Yoga in Chevilly Larue

Join us for a weekly donation-based 2 hour class including 1 hour of breathwork + 1 hour of Yoga. We will practice outdoors in a park equipped with a wooden yoga deck.

About the event
Where are we practicing?
The classes will take place in the Petit-Le-Roy park of Chevilly Larue, a 10 minute walk from metro station L'Hay-Les-Roses on line 14. We will meet at ten to seven at the park entrance next to the swimming pool. The yoga deck is just a minute's walk from there. Yes, our practice space is in the suburbs, but it's only 30 mins door to the door from the city center, and the park is perrrfectly equipped with a fantastic wooden deck, which is ideal for outdoor practice! (It's much better than practicing on the grass.) It's also a 5 minute walk from your yoga teacher's home, so if the weather turns, we can take it indoors.
What's the Class like?
We will start at 7pm with an hour of Pranayama (breathwork) practice, then we will practice asana (physical yoga postures) from 8pm until around 8.50pm. We…
