About the event
What is the retreat like?
This retreat is a 4 or 6 day retreat including 2x daily yoga sessions in the morning and afternoon / evening as well as optional workshops (sound healing with tuning forks, shaking meditation, chakra yoga, acro yoga / partner yoga, philosophy, and maybe some festive themed workshops as well!)
You will be staying in a chalet with it's own spa in the Chartreuse reason near to the Col de Marcieu, where there are plenty of winter activities to do. If there's snow, skiing, snowshoes, luge or tubing even! A perfect setting for contemplation, relaxation, yoga, incredible walks right out the frontdoor, but also some more sporty and exhilirating activities if you want. There is also public transport to the venue and to see some sites. If you come with your own vehicle, you are about a 40 minute drive from Chambéry.
